Once there was a competition in Paris on who was best at clapping. Fliers were distributed. Anouncements were made and invitations sent out to all the people of the town. Many from all walks of life wanted to participate in this competition. So on that day many people walked in the big dark auditorium. The compere of the show came on stage with only the stage lights on and gave the benefits of clapping hands . Clapping for 20 to 30 minutes in the morning keeps you fit and active. As mentioned clapping stimulates blood circulation, this blood circulation removes all obstructions in the veins and arteries, including bad cholesterol. He said that by clapping hands you will increase dopamine in your body, your blood pressure will be normalised , your sugar levels will be in equilibrium. Clapping stimulates blood circulation, the lifeline of the human body, and this helps with literally everything. We have receptors in the hands that are connected to sensory fields in the brain, as shown by the cortical homunculus model . Clapping activates these hands receptors (or more if you use your hands to clap on other body parts), which in turn activate a fair portion of the brain, which itself leads to the activation of various body systems and their associated healing response
Then the show began and everyone started clapping . Some slowly some fast some in a pattern some with a rhythm and in the auditorium the spot light started searching for the best persons clap. To everyone dismay the spot light kept searching and searching . Everyone started getting tired and wondered whether the spot light system was working or there was a glitch. After 5 hrs at last the spot light rested in a place and when the lights went on , to everyone surprise there were 2 persons under the spot light. These two persons were called on stage and once again to everyone surprise on closer look they saw 2 soldiers who only had one arm. The compere asked the soldiers how could this be possible. Then the soldiers smiled, took a step closer and joined their arms together and started clapping. The whole auditorium was amazed and tears rolled down the cheeks of many. They saluted the best clappers with a wave of claps. And everyone got a lesson to learn that even with the little we have we can clap the loudest….
